Processing of Orders
It is our policy to ship orders within 24-48 hours of invoicing. Our website, Ventura-MCA.com
does not automatically charge your credit card. Fitment and Item Listings on our
website are not always stocked items. Once we receive your order, we will review
it for accuracy, availability and more. You will be contacted by the information
you provide to either confirm the order, let you know order status, or if we find
Any items not in stock at time of order may be placed on backorder. A customer can
have the order held to ship complete, or may have items in stock shipped right away
and the backordered items shipped as soon as they are available. There are no extra shipping charges for backordered items when shipped via UPS Ground.
Air Services carry additional cost.
We do all that we can to safeguard your information. We promise never to sell, give, rent, or lease your information to any outside company. We strive to be the best in customer support, so we treat your information as it was our own! We may, from time to time, send you an email or two, but it’s only from us, not some other company!
Shipping of Orders
Ventura-MCA will ship the Ventura luggage products to any location in the Americas. We may also ship the Ventura luggage products to countries without a prior established distributor. We will ship the Gryyp emergency tire repair products to USA only via UPS Ground. Our dealers only ship to North America (Gryyp items only to USA). Dealers that are found to violate this policy run the risk of account suspension and possibly termination.
Standard Shipping for the USA is UPS Ground Services. We use a tiered shipping scale based on the subtotal of your order which ranges from $5 to $22. Expedited shipping is available and a quote can be requested at the time of order.
Orders for USA are shipped from our Lynnwood, WA Warehouse and will take 1-6 business days to reach you, depending on your location. If you need the items by a specific date, please let us know at the time of order. When you supply your email address at the time of order, you will receive an email with all the tracking details through the UPS Quantum View Notify Service. US Postal Priority Mail and Express Mail services are available in the USA for additional cost and take 1-4 days to reach you.
Orders for Canada and Mexico are shipped by US Mail services. We will ship them via International Priority Mail, unless you ask for Express Mail or if the item is small enough, we can ship via First Class Mail. Shipping costs are quoted at time of order and may change without notice. Priority mail takes 6-10 days and Express Mail takes approximately 3-5 Days.
Shipping of GRYYP Items
GRYYP items that contain C02 can only be sent to USA Addresses via Ground/Surface Services. GRYYP Orders into Canada cannot be shipped with CO2 at this time. If you require CO2, have your dealer contact our Canadian Distributor, MOTOVAN.
WA State Sales Tax
All Retail Orders shipped within the State of WA are subject to State of Washington
Destination Sales Tax. Please note that Shipping is taxable within the State of
Washington. For more information about State of Washington Sales Tax, please visit:
http://dor.wa.gov/ and search Retail Sales Tax.
Sales tax does not show online in checkout, but will be applied at time of invoice. Sales Tax Exemptions for Alaska, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alberta and British Columbia Residents may apply. Please contact us for more details about these exemptions.
Ventura Fitment Information
Ventura Bike-Pack Systems are made in New Zealand and are designed to fit on stock
European Model Motorcycles (with the exception of a few USA only models). Precise fit with certain aftermarket accessories may be impossible or require modifications. Because of model variances between world markets, we cannot always guarantee a perfect fit with certain models and/or other aftermarket accessories. Please contact us to check on model information and any known restrictions.
Seat-Bags and Panniers are Universal Fitments. They are made to fit onto/under the rear passenger seat. Tank Bags are magnetic (with the exception of the SPA Tank Bag which uses suction cups).
Ventura Bike-Pack Special Orders
Ventura Special Order Items are non-stocked items that can be ordered for you. They
must be prepaid and are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE once
ordered. All items will be held under an order number until complete and will be shipped as soon as possible. Most Special Order Items take approximately 6-12 weeks, depending on availability in New Zealand. We will notify you of the shipment of your order by phone or email. If your order requires changes or corrections, please contact us. Make sure you reference the Order Number. Any changes or corrections must be confirmed by VMA sales staff. If you have any questions about Special Orders, please contact us right away.
Ventura Products Warranty
Ventura products are guaranteed free from manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship
incurred from normal use for a period of 1 (one) year from original date of purchase.
Please consult your Ventura installation instructions for the manufacturer's load
capacities and other important information. Warranty is limited to the replacement
of defective item. This warranty does not apply to product that has been
altered, damaged, or rendered non-functional via improper installation or maintenance,
abnormal wear and tear due to exposure to the elements, negligence, abuse, accidents,
or any like circumstances.
Ventura Satisfaction Guarantee / Returns
We guarantee you will like Ventura products! You may return your Ventura Motorcycle
Accessories within 30 days of invoice for a full refund (less shipping & handling)
- so long as the items are undamaged, in the original packaging, and
have no signs of wear. You must call for a Return Authorization Number! ALL
returns must include Copy of Invoice, a brief explanation for return, and all original
packaging. Any item returning without prior authorization will be subject to a restocking
fee of up to 20% of the invoiced price. Any returns requested after 30 days will
be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of original invoice price. Please note
that ALL returns will be fully inspected. Any items that are damaged will
be subject to restock charge or will be refused.
